Fixes

• Movement speed is no longer incorrectly increased by 20% and slowing effects work as intended in the previous patch.
• Fixed a bug which caused an item icon to stick under mouse cursor when moving items into trade menu or giving journals to a labourer using shift-click.
• Fixed inspect function showing everyone as naked.
• Fixed a bug which caused re-forging to break after re-forging an item.
• Fixed some mob spells not being interrupted when the mob recieved damage even though they were supposed to.
• Fixed being unable to loot corpses in GvG. (This was actually deployed in yesterday's patch already.
