Does it really take 2 days for verification before you can spend/convert more gold?
I recently started a few days ago and bought a starter pack and some gold bundle but now 2 days (To spend over the cap) before I can spend it all?

If I remember correctly, the message you get says "up to". Usually it's much less than that.
