Hi there,

As i am happy with my accounts, and also having a significant amount of own and guild wealth i need to understand some questions regarding the terms of service and the queen update.

The question relates to the following rules, and all are in relation to trading between 2 characters which i have both logged in:

11.2.i
Are the 3 new outland cities considered player cities?. Is it legal to trade between characters in a "rest" city considering that you gain an advantage otherwise not available?.

11.2.ii
Are hideouts considered guild home territories as refered to in 11.2.ii ?
If so, is it allowed to trade between 2 chars in a hideout that does not belong to the owning guild.(considering it gives you an advantage otherwise not available)

11.2.ii
Are the new territories, considered a guild home territory as pr the TOS ?.
If so, is it allowed to trade between 2 chars inside a guild territory? (considering there is no bank available).

11.2.iv
This one really puzzles me. It states as part of 11.2 that both characters must have premium and i know that you cant log in one a single computer, but the wording here also means that i am breaking the terms of service if i am using 2 pc's and trading between two characters where one does not have premium.
Is this really correct?

Thanks,
/Frank

Yes - it is legal.

11.2.ii

Yes - that is fine, too.

11.2.ii

The new territories are not considered "home territories". So using an alt at the tower as a bank alternative is not allowed and would violate the terms and conditions.

This clause is meant to be a catch all for all those cases where you could get an advantage through essentially free limitless F2P alts. It would indeed also apply to the case that you mention.

We will update the terms and conditions soon to cover hideouts and the new outland cities.
