When you dev's thought about making hte game free the idea was great. The big downside is that your servers clearly cant allow people to play and its realy frustrating. queue time are so long i dont think i'll play the game anytime soon my just go back to other games... You are rightfully angry about the bad launch day experience.
While we did upgrade our server capacity significantly - hardware wise, we could absolutely handle the number of players trying to log-in right now - we encountered an issue in our data center. We are in contact with them to find a solution as as soon as possible and will post an update once we know more. Please accept our apologies!
