Downloaded this game the moment it became F2P, but all day I just keep getting a screen telling me this. And no matter how long I leave it nothing changes. It's been sat at the same number now for three hours.
What gives?

Not sure if it helps, but from our experience, the daily population spike should be over by now and I'd expect queues to get smaller over the next couple of hours.
We'll post an update about the situation as soon as we know more.
