Is there a list of the abilities/attacks that are defined as "CC" and are buffed by increases to CC?

I'm guessing a group stun, like with Great Hammer is 'cc', but what about an individual stun, like from a normal attack with a hammer? What about Silence abilities? Group slow vs. individual slows? Group root vs. individual root?

Is "cc' only from an ability and only those abilities that inhibit movement, but not any other type of ability, like silence?

The description of an ability on the Destiny Board should have a "code" or some way to ID the category an ability falls in to, i.e. CC. Not sure if there are other categories.

those are what I consider to be CC... doesn't matter if it's a 1 person effect or multiples
This pretty much sums it up. ^

Bonus CC Duration increases the duration of:
root, stun, sleep, slow, knockback distance, forced movements

It doesn't matter if it is single target or AoE.

Spells which ignore crowd control resistance do not scale with this value.

NOT increased by bonus cc duration are debuffs, like armor- or healing reduction and DoTs. I hope this clears things up.
