The Deutscher Computerspielpreis (German Computer Game Awards) took place on Thursday in Munich – and we're delighted to announce that Albion Online won the award for Best Mobile Game!

The DCP is a juried award given out annually to honor games made in Germany in various categories. The recognition for Albion's groundbreaking mobile launch follows on the heels of the mobile version's honors at the Deutscher Entwicklerpreis (German Developer Awards) in December. This is Albion's fourth award in recent months:

  • Deutscher Entwicklerpreis: Best Mobile Game
  • MassivelyOP Year-End Awards: Best PvP
  • GamingonPhone Game Awards: Best Mobile Port
  • Deutscher Computerspielpreis: Best Mobile Game

Of course, we're continually optimizing both the mobile and desktop versions of the game, and more improvements are on the way in 2022.

Thanks to the DCP jury for this honor, and congrats to all the night's winners! (Click here to see the full list.)
